to be a participant. In an effort to promote the Special Olympics Mission, Saundra Saucier founded the Gateway Area Special Olympics Annual Car Show. This show has become the sole fund raiser for this area.

Our mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities by giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympic athletes and the community.
